About APA
A long-term development program that builds children's physical growth on scientific foundations and instills a healthy sports culture through the right habits. Coordination, balance, agility, strength, speed, flexibility and endurance are developed with age-appropriate training models.
Who is Tuncay Tahtacı?
Born in 1984, a graduate of Marmara University (BESYO). A specialist in sports performance and movement training since 2004. He founded Gymy Kids in 2017 and this academy in 2023.
Assessment
After their first lesson, every enrolled child undergoes an athletic performance assessment. The data is evaluated in detail by Tuncay Tahtacı; strengths and areas for development are identified, and the training plan is personalized accordingly.

Academy Jersey
Every enrolled student receives 2 academy jerseys.
Students are expected to attend lessons in their jersey. This helps strengthen team belonging and maintain class order.
Group Lessons
Held in groups of up to 10 at Etiler Alive Sports Area (Akat, Cumhuriyet Cd. No:3 Beşiktaş). Registration is taken for two separate terms: Term 1 and Term 2.

Private Lessons
Children train one-on-one with Tuncay Tahtacı; the program is tailored to each child's needs and goals.
Lesson Days: Tue • Thu
Location & Time: Planned together around the family's schedule, at the preferred location.
A 20% travel fee applies for locations outside the main arteries.
Group Lesson Registration Terms
There is no trial lesson or single-day-per-week option.
There is no monthly registration or pay-per-lesson option.
No make-up lessons or transfers to another day for missed sessions.
Registration must be completed before the term begins.
The calendar is set with public holidays and MEB mid-term/semester breaks in mind.
